SHIPPING POLICY

 Your order is important to us.

All orders are processed same day if ordered before 12pm PST / 3pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays). After placing your order with us you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a further email notifiying you when your order has shipped. 

 

FREE SHIPPING FOR 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES

We offer free shipping for the lower 48 states from Utah, USA.

Western States 1-3 days shipping time.

Eastern States 4-5 days shipping time.

We do not offer in-store pickup.

 

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We are able to ship to P.O. boxes using UPS & USPS only. This service is not offered by Fedex.

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 Canada – For our Canadian customers we offer $20 USD flat standard rate shipping to Canada for 1 item; shipping time can vary. Please contact us at support@7rubyroad.com if you would like to order more than one items so we can get the best rate for you.

 

Outside of USA & Canada

International shipping outside of USA and Canada is currently not offered as standard. However, please contact us at support@7rubyroad.com as we would be happy to provide shipping rates on a case-by-case inquiry.

Note: Any international order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 7 Ruby Road is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

HOW DO I CHECK STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number, which you can use to check shipping status. Please allow 24 hours from receipt of the email for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please check tracking and/or contact us at support@7rubyroad.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

DELIVERY

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate address and a secure drop off location.

Lost delivery: We will do everything we can to help you locate your product. Following investigation with your shipping carrier 7 Ruby Road will exercise discretion as to whether the lost product is replaced or a refund is made.

Different shipping & Billing address: Orders may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

 

DISCLAIMER

We cannot guarantee shipping times aforementioned. However, we want you and your feline friend to enjoy their new cat product as soon as possible, so we will do everything we can to avoid shipping delays.
